OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
We use this refining process below from the ancient technique called shou sugi ban, to bring out the natural beauty in the woods grain to give you a versatile and material to set your build apart from the rest. Our process and materials used allow for custom options with an extended life.
STêP 1
BURN
We char the wood using our designed flame system. This method is also known as "Alligator Skin".
This step creates the original look of Shou Sugi Ban
BRUSH
STêP 2
The brush system uses traditional techniques to create many unique textures with the wood. We specialize in a range of exposures from traditional to modern styles.
FINISH
STêP 3
We have a large selection of both interior and exterior finishes that will not only increase the durability, but also facilitate your needs. Custom colors available.

We offer a variety of wood options because of the differences in grain structure. The more tight the grain, the more structure lines a board will have. Ask us about what type of wood might serve your project best.
